Christmas Awards Luncheon Menu Announced The Millennium Hotel London Mayfair are once again offering a fabulous menu for the 2009 HMA Christmas Awards Luncheon for the same price as 2008 - £67.50 each or tables of 8 @ £540: Gravalax on a bed of rocket and spinach, drizzled with dill and lemon dressing *** Pan fried duck breast served with fondant potatoes, shredded Brussel Sprouts and Vichy Carrots with red wine jus *** Bramley Apple and sultana crumble, cinnamon ice cream and Granny smith fool *** Coffee and Petit Fours Booking Form We are also delighted to announce that Peter Hancock – Chief Executive, Pride of Britain Hotels, will once again be our Auctioneer on the day. |
